Second-hand uniforms are available for purchase and are coordinated by our P&C.

Online Ordering
Upper Swan Primary School uniforms can be purchased online through Perm-A-Pleat Schoolwear.
You can choose to have your order:

Delivered to the school for collection, or

Delivered to your home for a flat rate of $12 (incl. GST)

Christmas Closure
Perm-A-Pleat will be closed from Monday, 22 December 2025, and will reopen on Monday, 12 January 2026.
School Delivery Option

Home Delivery Option

Online orders received after these dates will be processed and delivered from Wednesday, 16 January 2026.
Exchange Policy
If you accidentally order the wrong size, you can return the product(s) along with the Exchange Product Form to Perm-A-Pleat Schoolwear.
