Join the P&C to help enrich your child’s school experience!
We need you for 2026 or we won't have a P&C
The P&C are a small and friendly group of parents/carers who support our school.
We aim to build a strong sense of community by running events like:
- Discos
- Mother’s Day & Father’s Day stalls
- Subway lunches
- Book Club
- Raffles ... and more!
We also raise funds for school projects and improvements – new laptops, soccer goals, shade over the Senior playground, reading resources for the Early Childhood Area, iPads ... just to name a few!
We've had some amazing parents as the backbone of our P&C for the last few years, but sadly their time at Upper Swan ends this year. If we don’t have more parents/carers join us in 2026, we won’t have a P&C... which means no Mother’s & Father’s Day stalls, no Subway lunches, no discos, no Book Club ...
INVOLVEMENT
As little or as much as you like! You might like to only take on 1 activity as your role for the year, e.g., run a Mother’s Day Stall, or organise Subway for one term, or run a Containers For Change Drive. You’ll get lots of support - our core events have a ‘run sheet’. Plus, you won’t be doing it alone; you’ll have the rest of the P&C to support you!
MEETINGS
1-2 times per term. 6:30-8:30 PM (we can change this to suit new members, vary between in-person (at the School) and online (from the comfort of your own home and PJs!)
