Second-hand uniforms are available for purchase and are coordinated by our P&C.

Online Ordering
Upper Swan Primary School uniforms can be purchased online through Perm-A-Pleat Schoolwear.
You can choose to have your order:

Delivered to the school for collection, or

Delivered to your home for a flat rate of $12 (incl. GST)
Please visit the front office to check if your order has arrived.
If you are expecting an order and it has not yet arrived, please contact Perm-A-Pleat directly.

Exchange Policy
If you accidentally order the wrong size, you can return the product(s) along with the Exchange Product Form to Perm-A-Pleat Schoolwear.
